Online Power and Gas had an array of Pay on Time Discounts available. They offered the option for both a discount off the usage charge only or a discount off the total bill.
- Fixed Saver: Customer that signed up to this would also sign up for Direct debit payments which would give 35% a pay on time discount off-market usage rates.
- Contract Saver: This deal gave customers a discount of 30% off the market usage rate, but also the freedom to pay through several different payment mediums. It also did not contain any exit fees.
- Flexi Saver: This deal also gave customers a discount of 28% off usage charge only, but once your benefit term finished you would keep the discount you signed up to, and it would not fall off after that period of time.

Online Power and Gas offered an online My Account where you could manage all your online needs. By having an online model, they were able to offer low prices as they had removed the extra overheads involved in the service and bills, while still offering the dedication to customer satisfaction you expect. The account allowed customers to view their consumption, compare historic data, download review, pay bills and update personal details. My account was accessible by desktop or mobile, making it a more convenient way to keep you up to date with your electricity account.
