Nectr Energy Billing and Payment

Nectr Energy uses a monthly billing system for all of their energy plans to help prevent bill shock. However, because of this, Nectr only accepts payment via debit or credit card for bill payments.

If you are looking to pay by direct debit or have a credit card linked to your Nectr account, you’ll need to contact their customer support line to arrange this.

For cancellations and deferments, customers will also need to contact Nectr through their customer support line or email.

Is Nectr Energy Right For Me?

Nectr’s commitment to investing in a cleaner future makes them appealing to Australians who favor renewable energy. However, with a limited number of plans and a monthly billing system, Nectr lacks the variety of energy plans that other retailers can offer.

According to Nectr Energy’s official website, they are temporarily placing a hold on accepting new customers for all of their energy plans.

If you are looking to get connected to a new retailer within our network, you need to phone Electricity Monster on 1300 232 848 NOW. Our energy experts will offer you a fair rate on a fair plan for a fair price.

We’ll help initiate the process of switching to one of our partnered retailers so you avoid higher electricity bills on your current bill. Our comprehensive service is 100% free to use and we offer a variety of solutions at no cost to you.
